SPINology will focus on maneuvering through spins, tricks, pole strolls and choreography with grace and fluidity on spin pole.

ExSPINsive Flow
Tap into your ExSPINsive flow through pole spins, choreography, clacks and combos on spin pole.

Private Pole Session
(60 minutes)
In this private one on one session, you will receive pole instruction from beginner to intermediate level, with stretches, warmups, and cool-down included.
